Las elecciones en Unión deberían haber tenido lugar el pasado 10 de abril, pero nunca se pudo llegar a un acuerdo para la realización de las mismas luego de que se interpusieran diferentes recursos. Este 2 de junio finaliza el mandato de la actual Comisión Directiva, y luego de la última resolución, quedó todo quedó en manos ahora de la Inspección de Personas Jurídicas. Quien salió a referirse a este tema fue el presidente Luis Spahn, quien reveló cuándo podrían realizarse los comicios en diálogo con el programa Todo en UNO por UNO 106.3.
«Se están dando circunstancias, se agotó la segunda instancia judicial que presentó la oposición, presentando el amparo, la cautelar pierde sentido, con lo cual las elecciones podrían desarrollarse en forma normal, Estamos trabajando con la IGPJ, recibimos requerimientos que estamos contestando, como el padrón definitivo y si las listas están oficializadas», comenzó diciendo Luis Spahn, sobre las elecciones que se realizarían en breve en Unión.
Pero no se quedó allí, y Luis Spahn agregó: «Estamos en condiciones de hacer las elecciones en un cortísimo plazo en Unión, salvo que la oposición realice otra presentación judicial, hicieron varios intentos administrativos, por lo cual nunca uno está excento de que puedan presentarlos de forma indefinida».
«No estamos en condiciones de llamar a elecciones, sino de continuar con el proceso eleccionario, entiendo que se realizará con el padrón que se realizó para el domingo 10 de abril», destacó en otro tramo el mismo Spahn.
Mientras que por último, cuando se le preguntó a Luis Spahn por su mandato como presidente de Unión que vence este 2 de junio, afirmo: «No pasa nada, no hay condiciones para una intervención, ni para una acefalía, se va a prorrogar indefinidamente hasta que haya elecciones, no es una opinión nuestra, sino de nuestro ente rector (IGPJ)».
«En esta semana vamos a poder confirmar la fecha de las elecciones luego del fallo favorable que tuvimos. El fallo fue claro y contundente, me enorgullece que todo lo que trata de difamarse cae en la nada por una cuestión muy simple, todo el testeo que se hizo en el sistema de socios no se encontró ningún socio que no debiera estar y estuvo, y a la viceversa. Todo se hizo de forma eficiente y profesional», agregó Luis Spahn.
